Even the pickiest eaters in our family get excited about trying a blue egg!
Our eggs are fresh laid by chickens who have room to roam and peck in pasture in addition to eating organic feed. The yolks are a vibrant orange and they are packed with nutrients. These eggs have a bright blue shell that makes them even more exciting to eat.
We recommend hard boiling some of these eggs to fully appreciate the shell color. Apart from that, they are the same as our other eggs and will work great in all your favorite recipes.
