The number one reason that we eat lamb heart is how nutritious it is, especially when it comes from our USDA certified, pasture raised lamb. Lamb heart is full of lean protein and iron - two things that our family needs to stay healthy and able to run the farm! 

Lamb hearts can be intimidating if you aren’t familiar with them, but actually they are as easy to cook as a steak. Just slice the heart into thick slices and sear in a hot pan. Alternately, lamb heart is great braised and stuffed and is a common dish on the menus of high-end European restaurants.
