The liver from our pasture raised lambs should not be overlooked! Here at the farm we consider it one of our favorites to cook for a healthy meal packed with nutrients!

Liver is considered a superfood, for it's high levels of vitamins, minerals and fatty acids. We recommend including it in your family's weekly diet for nutrition that is hard to match.

It's an ultra lean cut that has a pastoral, sweet flavor. One of our favorite ways to cook it is braised and shredded for sandwich filling! Another way to enjoy is to soak overnight in milk, douse with flour and sauté in butter with onions.

Each package of Painterland Sisters pasture raised lamb liver weighs around a pound and is enough to feed two adults.
