Lamb rib chops are our family's favorite midweek treat yourself dinner!

Cut from the rib, the rib chop is traditionally served “french trimmed”. We recommend searing in a hot cast iron skillet. After cooking let it rest and pair with a fruity sauce to compliment the rich flavor of the lamb. Our pasture raised lamb rib chops are full of nutrients and a perfect addition to a well balanced diet for you and your family to enjoy, down to the last bite!

Each Painterland Sisters lamb chop is a little under a pound, so perfect to serve one chop per person.
