Blueberry Lemon Muffins

What’s better than the smell of freshly baked muffins? This is a quick, delicious muffin recipe that features the versatility of our simply yummy blueberry lemon skyr!

Makes: 12 muffins

    • 1/2 c PLS Blueberry Lemon yogurt

    • 1/4 c vegetable oil

    • 1/2 c sour cream

    • 2 eggs

    • 1 teaspoon of vanilla

    • 1 c sugar

    • 2 c flour

    • 1/2 t salt

    • 1/2 t baking soda

    • 1 tsp. baking powder

    • Preheat oven to 350° F. Line a 12 cup muffin tin with paper liners or spray with non stick baking spray.

    • In a large bowl, mix wet ingredients together

    • In a separate bowl, mix together dry ingredients

    • Toss in 1 1/2 c blueberries into dry ingredients and add wet ingredients until just combined

    • Bake for 25 minutes or until golden brown
