Beef marrow bones are cut from the front and back femurs of the cow. Each piece of bone is filled with bone marrow, which is renowned by chefs around the world for its incredible flavor and buttery texture when cooked.

Our favorite ways to use beef marrow bones are as the base for beef bone marrow stock or roasted and spread on toast. If we aren’t using the bones for rich, creamy broth that can be used for the base of endless dishes, we roast them in the oven with salt, pepper and herbs until the bone marrow is meltingly soft and we can spread it on toast. It is truly a melt-in-your-mouth showstopper. Whichever way that we prepare it, the flavor of the bone marrow from our pasture raised beef cannot be beat and has many health benefits and nutritional components!
