2 bananas, sliced

Whatcha Do

Caramelize the bananas

In a medium skillet, melt butter with 4 tablespoons of brown sugar over medium-high heat until browned and bubbly.
Arrange banana slices in a single layer and cook 2–3 minutes per side, until toasted and caramelized. Transfer to a plate to cool.

Candy the walnuts

In the same skillet, add the remaining 2 tablespoons of brown sugar and walnuts.
Return to heat, stirring frequently, until walnuts are well coated and fragrant. Transfer to a plate to cool.

Assemble the parfaits

In each jar, add ½ container of yogurt as the first layer.
Top with a layer of caramelized bananas, then candied walnuts.
Add the remaining yogurt, then sprinkle crushed vanilla wafers on top.

Serve or store

Serve immediately, or refrigerate until ready to serve.
