Made with creamy skyr, this dessert comes in chocolate, vanilla, or a swirly mix of both, layered with chocolate cookie “dirt” and topped with wiggly gummy worms for that perfectly creepy-crawly touch!

Whatcha Need

1 (24 oz) tub of Painterland Sisters Plain Skyr Yogurt
1 (24 oz) oz tub of Painterland Sisters Vanilla Skyr Yogurt
4 Tbsp cocoa powder
4 Tbsp coconut sugar or other sweetener alternative
About 30 chocolate sandwich cookies, crushed into crumbs (such as the Goodie Girl brand, two boxes)
One bag of gummy worms (such as the Black Forest brand)

Servings: 8 (~5 oz) cups

Whatcha Do

In a medium mixing bowl, combine the Plain skyr yogurt, cocoa powder, and coconut sugar. Mix well until smooth and creamy.
In your parfait cups, add a layer of the yogurt mixture (about 2 Tbsp), followed by a layer of cookie crumbs (about 1 Tbsp). Add another layer of yogurt (about 3 Tbsp), then finish with a sprinkle of cookie crumbs. Top with gummy worms as desired.
Repeat the process until all your parfait cups are full. You can make them entirely chocolate, entirely Vanilla Bean, or a mix of both! Serve immediately.

(If Vanilla Bean only, skip step #1.)
Tip: The longer the cookie crumbs sit with the yogurt, the softer they will become. If you want to keep them crunchy, wait to assemble the layers until right before serving.
