Made with Painterland Sisters’ Meadowberry Skyr, they’re creamy, colorful, and packed with protein and probiotics. Layers of delicious, creamy skyr yogurt, sweet berry compote, and a drizzle of honey for a touch more sweetness. Perfect for soaking up those last golden rays of summer or as a delicious, after-school pick-me-up these pops are wholesome, fun, and too pretty not to snap a photo before you take a bite!

Whatcha Need

4 containers Painterland Meadowberry Yogurt
1/2 cup blueberries
1/2 cup raspberries
1/2 cup blackberries
2/3 cup water
8 tbsp honey

Servings: 4-8

Prep Time: 30 minutes

Freezing Time: 8 hours or overnight

Whatcha Do

In a small saucepan, combine the three types of berries with the water. You can use fresh or frozen berries—if using fresh, you may need to add a little extra water. Simmer over medium heat for about 20 minutes, or until the berries are soft, breaking down, and the mixture has thickened. Set aside to cool completely.
In your popsicle molds, layer a few spoonfuls of yogurt, followed by a spoonful of the berry mixture, and a light drizzle of honey. Use a small spoon to gently push the mixture down and swirl it slightly for a marbled effect. Repeat the layers as needed to fill each mold.
Freeze for at least 8 hours or overnight. Once frozen, remove and enjoy! Popsicles can be stored in the mold or individually wrapped in wax paper to prevent freezer burn. Best enjoyed within a month.
