  • Ingredients:

    • 5 whole peaches

    • 1/4 cup flour

    • 1/8 cup sugar

    • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

    • 1/4 cup lemon juice

    Topping:

    • 1 cup of Painterland Sisters Peach yogurt

    • 1/2 cup flour

    • 1/8 cup sugar

    • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

    • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder

    • Splash of milk

    • Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

    • Combine Peaches and all other dry ingredients together.

    • Set aside and mix the topping ingredients together (side note: donโ€™t mix the dough too much or it will bake flat instead of fluffy like mine did haha).

    • Prepare an 8 x 11 baking pan with butter.

    • Layer in peaches and plop on the batter, making little biscuits.

    • Bake for 45-50 mins and boom youโ€™re done!
