Pumpkin donuts with skyr frosting

  • Ingredients:

    • 1 cup natural peanut butter

    • 1/2 cup pumpkin purée 

    • 3 eggs 

    • 1/2 tsp baking soda 

    • 1/4 cup honey

    • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract 

    • 1/2 tsp cinnamon 

    •  Pinch salt 

    • (Optional) chocolate chips 

    • Toppings: your favorite PLS yogurt and sprinkles.

    • In a blender, combine everything except the chocolate chips and blend until well combined and then add chocolate chips. Then distribute in donut pan and bake at 350° for 15-18 minutes, let cool, top with yogurt, and enjoy!
