For the Garlic Herb Topping:

4 5.3 oz) containers of Painterland Sisters Plain Skyr Yogurt
2 garlic cloves, minced
2 tsp fresh dill
2 tsp finely chopped green onion
1 Tbsp parsley, shredded
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper

For Everything Else

10-12 large baking potatoes
Chives, for garnish
Cheddar cheese, for garnish
Chopped Bacon, for garnish

Instructions

To make the garlic herb topping: In a medium bowl, stir together all the ingredients with a spatula until smooth and well combined.
Give the potatoes a good rinse and poke each one a few times with a fork. Wrap them in foil and bake at 400°F for 45–60 minutes, or until they’re nice and tender.
Once the potatoes are cooked, slice them in half and top each one with a generous scoop of the Creamy Garlic and Herb Skyr topping. Sprinkle on some chives, cheddar cheese, and bacon bits—and enjoy every cozy, flavorful bite!
